When is the Paytm FASTag deadline?

The RBI states that anybody who still has money in their Paytm FASTags after February 29 can use it as usual, but they won’t be able to recharge it. Furthermore, Paytm FASTag does not allow the creation of new accounts.

How can I disable my Paytm FASTag?

  • Enter your user ID and password to have access to the FASTag Paytm portal.
  • Use your FASTag number and cellphone number to confirm.

Now complete the required fields.

  • Select the Help & Support link located at the portal page’s bottom.
  • Next, select the ‘Need Help With Non-Order Related Queries’ option.
  • To update the FASTag profile, select Queries.
  • To deactivate your account, you must select the ‘Want to Close My Fastag’ option below.

How can I move my Paytm FASTag to a different bank?

  • It is not possible to directly port Paytm FASTag.
  • You must contact your bank’s customer service (from which you wish to take the FASTag).
  • You must now notify customer service of your want to change the FASTag.
  • After that, you’ll have to respond to a few questions.
  • Your FASTag will then be migrated to the new bank following that.
